AutoLinkr Return & Exchange Policy

Returns — 30 days from delivery

To qualify, returned items must:

  • Be in original condition with no signs of wear or damage
  • Include all original components and packaging (device, cables, manual, and original box)

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit. We provide a prepaid return label — the label cost will also be deducted from your store credit. International customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.

Refunds are issued as store credit via email within 5–10 business days of inspection.


Exchanges — 60 days from fulfillment

To qualify, the item must:

  • Be in original working condition with no signs of wear or damage
  • Include all accessories and original packaging
  • Have been purchased on autolinkr.com

Any price difference between models will be applied as store credit or charged accordingly. Each order is eligible for one exchange or replacement only.


Inspection

All returns and exchanges are inspected within 5 business days of receipt. If an item does not pass inspection, a restocking fee may be applied or store credit may be denied. Exchanges that fail inspection may be converted to store credit instead. Items that do not qualify for store credit will be responsibly recycled and cannot be returned to sender.


Final Sale & Non-Eligible Items

  • Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
  • Orders that have already been exchanged or replaced are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.

Warranty

Covered:

  • Device not powering on
  • Charging or connection port failure
  • Hardware malfunction preventing normal operation

Not covered:

  • Lost or stolen devices
  • Physical damage from misuse
  • Use in incompatible vehicles
  • App performance or third-party app updates
  • Issues caused by vehicle software updates outside our control
  • Devices already replaced under warranty

Compatibility

AutoLinkr Pro, Elite, and Base require factory Apple CarPlay or Android Auto — they do not add CarPlay to your vehicle. AutoLinkr Tablet™ is standalone and works without factory CarPlay. Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchasing.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email support@theautolinkr.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. We'll send return instructions, a prepaid label, and the correct return address.
  3. Once received and inspected, store credit or your exchange will be processed with any applicable deductions.
